When we last left our hapless hero he was besieged by the problems of too many games to play with too little time to both play them and blog about them. A knife edge cliffhanger if ever there was one, surely one day it'll form part of an exciting box set.

Well then. Those few days in their habit became those few weeks which became what? A month and running. Been playing games though, restoring the balance of videogame writing by doing less of the writing and more of the playing. So much so there hasn't been a balance at all. Updates won't be daily for the near future but there will be more in the way of frequency.

Interrupting this period of blog related inactivity to bring you the latest status update on the situation. Namely that there will be yet more exciting blog related inactivity! For a few more days at least anyway as I enjoy some much needed downtime. Until then consider the gentle words above and the delicate wisdom they impart to you the reader. Laters.

Well it only took me, what? 3 years, 2 months and give or take a couple of days to get to this, post 100 people. Remember where you were and so on. Granted only a fraction of that was comprised of actual regular honest-to-goodness blogging but still, its good to think I've stuck with it if not always consistently. Makes me wish I actually had something more to blog about tonight, like maybe an actual list of favourite games that I have been alluding to lately but alas its still under construction. All those badly written jokes don't write themselves, no that's all me.

Well this has been a week or so ongoing of me being perpetually bereft of the energy required to blog like the proverbial mofo that I am. Nothing but memes and apologies for memes because who doesn't look reading those? Well me for a start.

Been watching these for most of my week off, the prolific output of Youtuber slash video blogger slash game player Nerdcubed who plays games, a lot of games, a lot of the time and talks about them as he does so for the collective amusement of the internet. So yeah I'm enjoying these and even when I'm not there's plenty of others to enjoy. Here he plays one of the better games I've played this year, no-killing his way through a level of Dishonored .
